All FNF, SFNF to any operator will be 54p/min
- How will my SIM/current offers be affected?
Your base package call rate, FNF and Super FNF will be changed according to BTRC regulations.
- If I am currently enjoying an on-net rate cutter offer, will my tariff be changed?
No. You will enjoy the current rates until validity period. Upon next recharge, new tariff will apply.
- I am enjoying on net bundle. How will I be affected?
You will be able to enjoy your bundles as is. From next recharge, on-net bundles will be changed. So, please check website or IVR (5000/12151) to get more information about new bundle benefits.
- Are any mixed bundled being affected by this change?
No. All mixed bundle offers are unchanged.
- Is there any offer that will let me avail the 45 paisa per minute charge for life?
No. There is currently no such offers in the market.

Customers who have taken the offer before 14th Aug’18 00:00 hours will keep on enjoying the call rate till the validity expires. The customers who will be taking the offer after 14th Aug’18 00:00 hours will enjoy the revised call rate of 54p/min (validity of the offer will remain same)
- What will happen to the reactivation customers who have taken offer of 30p/60p call rate?
Customers who have taken the offer before 14th Aug’18 00:00 hours will keep on enjoying the call rate till the validity expires. The customers who will be taking the offer after 14th Aug’18 00:00 hours will enjoy the revised call rate of 54p/min (validity of the offer will remain same)
